• When you complete any product from our store, you agree to all the terms and conditions explained below.


Exchange and Return Policy:

• All digital products are not exchangeable or returnable at all.


Product Delivery:

• Most ready-made products are delivered within instant - 48 hours, and the customer has the right to request a refund if the store delays the delivery of the product after the maximum period has passed. The amount may be refunded through the customer's payment card or as a credit to the customer's account on the store.


Product Delivery (Custom Order):

• If the product is a custom order (such as a service) and the period has not been specified in the store, the period is determined by communication between the store and the customer, whether on WhatsApp or on the website, and the customer must adhere to the period specified by the store.


Product Description:

• The customer is supposed to read the product description and see the product specifications from its description and not just from the pictures.


In case the customer does not respond:

• Once the account information reaches the customer, whether through the online store (website page) or via WhatsApp messages, the customer has no right to return or replace it even if their response is delayed, so the customer is requested to pay attention to the messages on WhatsApp and to the order page in our store.


In case of an account ban:

  • In case the customer's account in any game got banned, TRIXU Store does NOT hold any accountability - Our boosters use no cheats/bugs at all. Game bans are by the game company and come rarely.


Update Policy:

• Our store reserves the full right to update, change, delete or add to the terms and conditions at any time, so the customer is requested to review the terms and conditions page before purchasing.
